Our Story
It all began in the kitchen with his grandparents:
Starting all the way back when he was maybe 10yrs old, our owner and head chef, Tyler, has been learning to perfect and hone his craft when it comes to the "low and slow" meats smoking method as well as creating authentic cuisine style dishes with full body flavors having a strong resemblance to any taste/theme/flavor your event would call for. Whether that be with the meal's vegetables, or table-side service, there isn't much that hasn't been experimented with and made into an art.
